Howdy folks and welcome to your final CSA box of the 2020 farm season. Thank you all so much for participating in our farm this year. It’s been a wild year of unknowns, nerves and just damn scary. But through all the uncertainties, we somehow made it to the end of another year of growing food for this amazing community! We are beyond grateful to each and every one of you for putting your faith and money into us to grow food for you and your families. We hope the food offered a bit of comfort and reliability during this tough season of life. We will continue to think of you all through the winter and hope you continue to stay healthy and safe.

Cheers to you all!!

Your farmers,
A & T & Baby P

2020 Harvest 22

Howdy folks and welcome to week 22. Only one more week to go until the end of the season. We cannot believe we’re here. The weather has been great the past week but we are due for some extremely cold weather this weekend in which we are preparing to lose a lot of crops. However, most of the end of the season harvestIt is already in the barn or is growing in our greenhouses. So while it’s a bummer to lose field veggies it’s also the time of the year that it eventually happens. Luckily, we’ve still got plenty of variety for you all!

This week we’re happy with the harvest and hope you are too! Happy cooking and eating everyone!

Your farmers,

A & T & Baby P

2020 Harvest 21

Howdy folks and welcome to week 21! This week it’s all about comfort food recipes because the harvest is hearty, and it’s finally feeling like fall with this rainy weather! Maybe it’s even time to whip up a pumpkin pie (there’s sugar pumpkins in this week’s haul!) or a simple pumpkin soup. Both types of winter squash can be used interchangeably in recipes that call for a butternut, acorn, or delicata squash. The skins are edible too! So no need to peel!

Happy cooking and eating everyone!

A & T & Baby P
