2021 Harvest 1

Howdy folks and welcome to your first CSA haul of the 2021 season! We are so happy you are here. We are off to a great growing season and despite an incredibly warm and dry early spring, we are hanging tough and have loved this little reprieve in the weather this past week. Every week we will be popping on here to give you a list of the week’s harvest and include a list of recipe ideas. Though I know many of you are avid cooks and can definitely get by without the recipes, we hope that they are helpful for anyone in a cooking rut or simply looking for new ways to cook some of the same old things.

Anyhow, with out further ado here is a list of the first veggie harvest of the season. Happy cooking everyone.

Your farmers,
A & T and Baby P

Howdy folks and welcome to week 22. Only one more week to go until the end of the season. We cannot believe we’re here. The weather has been great the past week but we are due for some extremely cold weather this weekend in which we are preparing to lose a lot of crops. However, most of the end of the season harvestIt is already in the barn or is growing in our greenhouses. So while it’s a bummer to lose field veggies it’s also the time of the year that it eventually happens. Luckily, we’ve still got plenty of variety for you all!

This week we’re happy with the harvest and hope you are too! Happy cooking and eating everyone!
