2023 Harvest 3

Howdy folks and welcome to week 3 of your Tumbleweed Farm CSA share. We hope you enjoyed last week’s haul and have more room in your refrigerator for this week’s harvest!

We’re absolutely thrilled to have the first spring carrots of the season available. These babies were grown in the greenhouse which gave them a head start. The outdoor carrots are looking good and we’ll be able to get into those in about 3-4 weeks.

We hope you find some inspiration from this week’s recipe suggestions.

Happy cooking and eating everyone!

Your farmers,

Taylor, Andrea & our awesome crew

2023 Harvest 1

Howdy folks and welcome to your first Tumbleweed Farm CSA share of the 2023 season! Thank you for choosing us to be your farmers. We are so honored and cannot wait to feed you and your family this year.

We’re starting things off slowly with the first box (as always) and as the weeks progress you’ll start seeing more variety and larger quantities. This week it’s all about those early spring greens— Lettuces, green garlic, kale, radishes and Bok Choy.

Every week we’ll post recipe suggestions for those of you looking for new or interesting ways to prepare the veggies.

Have fun and see you all soon!

Your farmers,

Taylor and Andrea
