2019 Harvest 11

Howdy folks and welcome to week 11 of your Tumbleweed Farm CSA. We hope you’ve been enjoying this warm summer weather. We’re excited to see our summer crops finally starting to pop! Tomatoes and peppers are still a ways out but they’re finally super happy with the hot weather up here in Parkdale. The plants are healthy but were just a few weeks behind from last year due to the mild days (and very cold evenings). But rest assured, there’s lots of tasty summer bounty heading your way soon. Think corn, eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, melons, potatoes, garlic onions and more!

In the meantime we hope you enjoy this week’s bounty. Happy cooking and eating everyone!
