2022 Harvest 9

Howdy folks and welcome to week 9! We hope you enjoyed last week’s haul and are ready for another harvest of fresh produce.

This week we’re still getting into the field beets (I know you all have gotten them a few weeks in a row, this will slow down a bit!) and we’re excited to have the first of the season’s basil and celery! The celery is absolutely delicious. It’s tender and more flavorful than what you typically find at the grocery store. It’s smaller but it’s absolutely divine! We hope you like it as much as we do!

Stay cool out there this week! Happy cooking and eating!

Your farmers,
A & T

2022 Harvest 8

Howdy folks and welcome to week 8! This week we’ve got a few repeat veggies from last week in your box so hopefully you all are ready for a taco night with more cabbage, turnips and beets (thinly shredded they make the best taco toppings!) Another great way to enjoy the cabbage is sliced into wedges and grilled. So darn good!

Things in the filed are looking good. The summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, peppers, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and corn are all growing quickly! Basil is cranking too and will be in your shares next week!

Anyhow, we hope you all enjoy this week’s harvest.

Your farmers,
A & T
