2025 Harvest 2

Howdy folks and welcome to week 2 of your Tumbleweed Farm CSA share. We hope you had a great week of healthy eating and are ready for another week of farm fresh goodness!

We’ve been busy out here in the fields. The past week we had rain, heat, wind and got a lot done! We’re feeling a bit behind on our weeding as the harvest days are taking up a lot more time this year (our CSA shares have grown and we’re so grateful that we get to feed so many of you!) But with that, we’re learning to manage field days with this bigger harvest. We continue to transplant and direct seed thousands of plants and seeds each week. It’s a LOT! But we’re here for it and we’ve got a solid crew busting their butts right alongside us.

Here are a few snap shots of this past week in the field.

Alrighty folks, we hope you get to sit down to a lot of meals this week with people you love. Happy cooking and eating!

Your farmers,
Andrea, Taylor, Pepper, Maize and our awesome crew
